HVZ Orchis Wellness 6 pers.

This holiday home sits near the village of Heinkenszand, surrounded by greenery and well away from the busier coastal areas. The park it belongs to centers around the 10-hectare Stelleplas freshwater lake, where you can fish for carp, bream, perch, roach, and eel. Fishing permits are available at the reception desk, and some bungalows sit directly on the water's edge so you can cast a line from your own garden.

The park has a heated outdoor swimming area with three pools, a 40-meter water slide, and a separate toddler pool. As a guest, you also get free access to the subtropical indoor pool in Goes. For younger visitors, there is an outdoor bowling lane among the play facilities on site. Brasserie Stelleplas, located within the park, has a terrace overlooking the lake - a good spot for a meal or a drink after a day out. Basic supplies are available at reception, and free Wi-Fi is included.

The North Sea beaches are around 20 minutes by car. The surrounding area of Zuid-Beveland has plenty to see, including the historic towns of Goes, Middelburg, Zierikzee, and Vlissingen, the fishing village of Yerseke, and the coastal town of Domburg. More than thirty villages are scattered across the local landscape, making day trips easy to plan.

This house works well for larger groups looking for a quiet base with water, outdoor activities, and easy access to both coast and historic towns.
