Holiday home - Zoutelandseweg 2 Biggekerke

This holiday home in Zeeland sits on a former farmyard in Biggekerke, right next to the owner's own residence. The setting is quiet and rural, with views stretching across the countryside toward Middelburg. The beach is close enough to reach by bike, and on a calm day you can almost hear the sea.

The house is fully equipped and has its own entrance, so you come and go independently without passing through shared spaces. Parking is available on or near the property, and there is a dedicated bike storage area. A terrace comes with the house, and barbecuing is permitted, making it well suited to evenings outside when the weather allows. Pets are not allowed.

Biggekerke itself is a small, unhurried village, and the town centre of Middelburg is less than a kilometre away on foot or by bike. That puts you within easy reach of Middelburg's market square, its historic abbey, and the full range of shops and restaurants the city has to offer. Zeeland's coastline, with its wide sandy beaches and dune landscapes, is reachable by bicycle in a short ride. The area is known for its cycling routes, so having bike storage at the house is a practical bonus rather than an afterthought.

This house suits couples or small families who want a calm, rural base without being cut off from towns, beaches, and the wider attractions of Zeeland.
