Hotellodge (2 + 2 persons)

This hotellodge for up to four people sits within the forested surroundings of Recreatiepark De Boshoek on the Veluwe. It sleeps two adults and two additional guests, making it a solid base for a family stay in one of the Netherlands' most wooded regions.

The park itself is built around keeping children busy. There are several playgrounds spread across the grounds, along with interactive play installations including a football wall called "Sutu," which uses light and sound effects to make solo play entertaining, and a sound-based play floor called "Sona" that accommodates multiple children at once and regularly rotates new games. During school holidays, a trained animation team runs a Kidsclub for children aged three to twelve, as well as organised activities in the activity area.

Sport and outdoor space are well covered too. A beach volleyball court, a fire pit area, and a horse meadow are part of the activity grounds. When the weather turns, the park has a covered swimming pool and a bowling cave to keep things moving indoors.

The park is set in or near a forested nature area, so you get the quieter side of the Veluwe alongside the on-site activity. The surrounding landscape suits walking and cycling, though the park itself gives families plenty of reason to stay close to base. This lodge suits families with younger children who want structured entertainment on the doorstep without having to travel far each day.
