Several units include private wellness facilities such as a sauna and outdoor shower, and the Wellness Villa adds two saunas, a jacuzzi and a Grill Kota.

Guests have free access to the Feel Fit Center Oirschot, reachable via a forest path, which includes both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a wellness section. On the park itself there are playgrounds, an air trampoline, a BMX track, a sports and games trail through the forest, a recreation room and table tennis. Bicycles can be hired at the reception desk, and the mini-shop is open around the clock. Animation is also provided on site.

The town itself has a modest range of shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach of the park.
