Esonstad

Landal Esonstad is a holiday park on the edge of National Park Lauwersmeer, in the village of Eanjum in Friesland. The park takes its design cues from the historic Frisian fortified towns, with a central market square and buildings constructed in the style of early Renaissance Frisian architecture.

The nearest city of any size is Groningen, which has a main railway station with connections to the national rail network. Dokkum is the closest town to the park.
