Nautisch de Luxe 4p is a holiday villa in Friesland, set in a small waterside development of seven villas called Waterdorp Burdaard, right on the water's edge in the village of Burdaard.

The village sits along the Dokkumer Ee and has long been tied to water-based recreation. In spring and summer, boats and sailing vessels pass through the village regularly, and in winter the surrounding canals and ditches are used for skating. When conditions allow, the area becomes part of the famous Elfstedentocht skating route. The Frisian landscape around Burdaard includes old farmhouses, windmills, green meadows and historic villages, all accessible by cycling, walking or boat. You can hire a small motorboat directly in Burdaard, subject to availability.

The park itself has no on-site facilities, but practical amenities are close by. A supermarket is 800 metres away, and the village has a bakery, a cash machine, cafes, restaurants and waterfront terraces along the Dokkumer Ee. A multifunctional centre 500 metres away includes tennis courts, a fitness room, a playground, a cinema and a theatre. The town of Dokkum is 10 kilometres away for shopping and cultural activities, while Leeuwarden is 20 kilometres from the villa.

This suits couples or small families who enjoy being on or near the water and want a quiet base with easy access to Frisian towns, cycling routes and seasonal water sports.
