Nautisch de Luxe 6p is a holiday villa in Friesland, set in a small waterside development called Waterdorp Burdaard, made up of just seven villas sitting directly on the water.

Burdaard is a Frisian village with a long connection to water-based tourism. In spring and summer, boats and vessels pass through the village in a steady stream, and the canals and ditches around the area are popular for skating in winter. With some luck, you might even be around when the famous Elfstedentocht takes place. The surrounding Frisian landscape takes in old farmhouses, windmills, green meadows, and quiet villages, and the area has a good range of cycling, walking, and boating routes. You can hire a rowing boat directly in Burdaard, subject to availability, to see the countryside from the water.

The park itself has no on-site facilities, but most of what you need is within easy reach. A supermarket is 800 metres away, and a bakery, ATM, cafes, and restaurants are also close by, several with terraces along the Dokkumer Ee. A multifunctional centre 500 metres away includes tennis courts, a fitness room, a playground, a cinema, and a theatre. For shopping, culture, and a wider range of activities, Dokkum is 10 kilometres away and Leeuwarden around 20 kilometres.

This villa suits couples or small groups who want a quiet base on the water, with easy access to Frisian towns and outdoor activities.
