This accommodation for up to 12 guests sits within Parc Maasresidence Thorn, a resort near the white-washed town of Thorn in the heart of Midden-Limburg. The park sits within the Maasplassen, the largest connected water recreation area in the Netherlands, and that location shapes much of what you can do here.

At the centre of the park is the MRT Promenade, a building that houses the reception desk, a shop and bakery, an F1 race centre, a bowling alley, a kids club, and restaurant Humphrey's Thorn, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner indoors and on its terrace. Staff at the reception can point you toward sloop rentals and walking routes in the area. Just across from the Promenade is the MRT Pool, which has a large main pool, a children's pool, a bubble bath and a long water slide, with seating around the water so you can keep an eye on children while you sit.

The MRT Harbor gives park guests a place to moor private boats or rent one from the park. From there you can cross the blue bridge to the MRT Beach Club, a private beach where you can swim, paddle, surf, do stand-up paddleboarding or try e-foiling. There is also a beach bar on site.
