Harbor View 12p is a holiday home at Parc Maasresidence Thorn, a resort set in the heart of the Netherlands close to the white-walled town of Thorn. The park sits in the middle of the Maasplassen, the largest connected water recreation area in the country, making it a strong base for anyone who wants to be near the water. The central MRT Promenade building is within walking distance and houses the reception desk, where staff can help with everything from boat hire to walking routes. Restaurant Humphrey's Thorn is in the same building and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner both inside and on the terrace. You will also find a shop and bakery, a kids club, an F1 race center and a bowling lane on site.

Directly across from the Promenade is the MRT Pool, which has a main pool, a children's pool, a bubble bath and a long water slide, with seating around the pool so you can keep an eye on younger guests. The MRT Harbor gives park guests access to moor their own vessels or hire boats from the park. From there you can cross the blue bridge to the MRT Beach Club, a private beach where activities include swimming, paddling, surfing, SUP boarding and e-foiling.
