Module Special (4 persons)

Park Westerkogge is a holiday park in Noord-Holland, set in the village of Berkhout between the historic town of Hoorn and the Markermeer. Waterways run through the park and meadows surround it on all sides, giving the area a quiet, rural feel that is typical of this part of the Netherlands. Some of the holiday homes sit directly on the water, which adds to the calm atmosphere.

The Module Special sleeps four people and sits within a park that has a solid range of shared facilities. You can swim in the heated outdoor pool, rent a bike to head out into the surrounding polder landscape, or take to the water with a SUP board, rowing boat, or pedalo from the watersports rental. Fishing is possible within the park, and a BBQ service means you can eat outside without the hassle of bringing equipment. If you prefer fresh bread in the morning, a bread roll delivery service is available. There is also a football pitch, children's play areas, a launderette, and free Wi-Fi throughout the park.

Hoorn is close by and worth a visit for its well-preserved old harbour and canal houses. The Markermeer, one of the largest inland lakes in the Netherlands, is also within easy reach if you want to get out on the water beyond the park itself.

This accommodation suits couples or small families who want a quiet base in the Dutch countryside with enough on-site activities to keep everyone occupied.
