HVZ Lotus 8 pers.

This holiday home at Court of Sealand sits among greenery just outside the village of Heinkenszand in Zeeland, with room for up to eight guests. The park around it has a heated outdoor pool complex with three pools, a 40-metre water slide and a separate toddler pool. As a guest you also get free access to the subtropical indoor pool in Goes. On the park you'll find an outdoor bowling lane and various play facilities, and the reception stocks the basics you might need during your stay.

The park borders the Stelleplas, a 10-hectare freshwater lake where you can fish for carp, bream, perch, roach and eel. Fishing permits are available at reception, which can also arrange equipment hire. Brasserie Stelleplas has a terrace right on the lake. Some bungalows sit directly on the water, so you can fish from your own garden. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The North Sea beaches are around 20 minutes by car. Because the park sits away from the busier coastal areas, it stays noticeably quiet. The surrounding region of Zuid-Beveland is worth getting out into - the town of Goes is nearby, and within easy reach you'll find the old fishing village of Yerseke, the historic centres of Middelburg, Zierikzee and Vlissingen, and the coastal town of Domburg.

This house suits larger groups or families who want a calm base with plenty of on-site activities and easy access to both the coast and the Dutch countryside.
