This maisonette for four sits within Parc Maasresidence Thorn, a resort set in the heart of the Netherlands alongside the Maasplassen, the largest connected water recreation area in the country. The historic white town of Thorn is within walking distance, giving you a quiet base with easy access to both nature and a characterful village centre.

The resort's central building, the MRT Promenade, is the hub of daily life on the park. Here you find the reception desk, where staff can help with boat hire and walking routes. The same building houses restaurant Humphrey's Thorn, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner indoors and on the terrace, alongside a shop and bakery, a kids club, an F1 race centre and a bowling alley. Just across from the Promenade, the MRT Pool has a main swimming pool, a children's pool, a bubble bath and a long slide, with plenty of seating around the water.

The MRT Harbor gives you access to the Maasplassen by boat, whether you bring your own vessel or hire one from the park. From the harbor, a blue bridge leads to the MRT Beach Club, a private beach where you can swim, paddle, surf, SUP board or try e-foiling. A beach bar is on site as well.
