Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a resort in Midden-Limburg, set within walking distance of Thorn, a small town known for its whitewashed buildings. The Kids Special 4p accommodation sleeps four and sits within a resort that has a wide range of facilities for families with children.

At the centre of the park is the MRT Promenade, a building that houses the reception desk, a shop and bakery, an F1 race centre, and a bowling alley. The Happy Benny Kids Club is also located here. Restaurant Humphrey's Thorn serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner inside and on its terrace. Staff at reception can help with practical matters like arranging canoe hire or suggesting walking routes.

Directly opposite the MRT Promenade is the MRT Pool, which has a large main pool, a children's pool, a bubble pool, and a long slide. Seating around the pool lets you keep an eye on the children while you relax. The MRT Harbor gives park guests access to mooring for their own boats or rental boats from the park. From there, you can cross the blue bridge to the MRT Beach Club, a private beach on the Maasplassen where activities include swimming, paddling, surfing, SUP boarding, and e-foiling. The Maasplassen is the largest connected water recreation area in the Netherlands, and the resort sits right in the middle of it.
