Apt - Kaapduinseweg 13 Dishoek "M Luxury

This six-person apartment sits at the edge of the dunes in Koudekerke, within the quiet Duinhof Klein Dishoek complex. The beach, facing south, is 250 metres away, making it a short walk from your door to the sea. The surrounding area is green and natural, with the dunes forming an immediate backdrop to the complex.

The apartment itself is set up with modern comforts throughout. A spacious rooftop terrace gives you outdoor space to sit and unwind, with open sky above and the dune landscape nearby. Inside, a washer and dryer mean you can travel lighter or stay longer without worrying about laundry. There is a private parking space included, and it is fitted with a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a practical detail if you are driving an EV.

The layout fits six people, making it a solid choice for families or a small group of friends who want to share a base near the coast. Zeeland's coastline is known for its wide sandy beaches and strong sea breezes, and this location puts you close to all of that without being in the middle of a busy resort. The complex is quiet and feels settled rather than commercial, so you get access to the coast without the surrounding noise.

This apartment suits groups who want proximity to the beach combined with home comforts, and who appreciate a calm, natural setting over a lively holiday park atmosphere.
